Game development

Constance  /  spring 2020
For Ludum Dare 46, I teamed up with six other indie devs for two days to create Constance, a gothic horror stealth game. I provided the writing, did some voiceover work and directed the other voice actors.

Pat-o-Logic Studio  /  2019
Writer for Talk it Out, a co-op game for two. In addition to writing, I did some secondary design, testing, and trailer music. The game was released on Nintendo Switch in September, 2019.

Shinezone Network Co., Ltd.  /  spring 2018
10-week production internship with mobile game studio/incubator, in Shanghai. Tasks included QA, narrative design, mission design and writing dialogue, as well as general input on a variety of prototypes.

Colour Box Team  /  2017 – 2018
Colour Box is a minimalistic puzzle game by programmer/designer Daniel Michaneck. I consulted on level design, did QA and composed the title track for the game.

44 Gone  /  2017
Lead narrative designer and head of marketing during the production of Decoy, a first-person action platformer. Tasks included character and environmental concepts, VO scripts, directing voice actors and creating a social media marketing campaign.

Marvinter  /  2017
Marvinter is a story-driven game created by a team at the University of Skövde, in co-operation with Sveriges Radio (Swedish Radio). I did level design, writing and testing for two levels.

Dustrat Studios  /  2016
Project manager and lead writer during the production of Luddis, a side-scroller/shooter for Swedish children. Management consisted of production planning, daily and weekly meetings and team evaluation. Writing included character and level concepts, storyboards, narrative scripts and VO (acting and directing).

Witch’s Brew  /  2016
Solo project. Witch’s Brew is a text-based dark fable. I designed and wrote the game in Twine.

Other work

Spelkollektivet  /  fall 2018 – summer 2020
Spelkollektivet is a co-living space for game developers, situated in the village of Väckelsång, Sweden. I first joined as a volunteer in November 2018, and was subsequently hired as kitchen manager in April 2019.

University of Skövde / Narrative Design & Game Writing (BA)  /  2015 – 2018
3-year program in video game development. Classes in creative writing, narrative design, storyboarding, voice acting, cinematography, programming and video game history. Two game projects with cross-disciplinary teams of roughly 20 students.

Gothia Science Park / Management & Marketing for Games  /  summer 2017
10-week summer program hosted by Framtidén/GSP Inkubator. Seminars in trend and market research, product branding, game testing and pitching for investors.
